Mike Longabardi ’91 Assistant Coach of the 2016 NBA Championship Cleveland Cavaliers had this to say about his experience at Xaverian.

“The experience I had at Xaverian helped prepare me for where I am today. I learned so much in my four year period from all of my teachers and coaches. They taught me how important it is to be prepared and competitive.”

Michael is a graduate Frostburg State University in Maryland. This is his second NBA title, he won his first as a member of Doc Rivers' staff with the Boston Celtics in 2010. As a Clipper, Michael was a four year member of the basketball program, and co-captain of the Varsity team his senior year.
