Xaverian High School Privacy Notice
Xaverian High School has affiliated itself with some vendors with the intention of offering our students, families and friends discount prices on a variety of items. Xaverian knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust. This notice describes our privacy policy.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enabling a vendor's systems to recognize your browser and to provide various features. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some very nice features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send email notices to selected groups of Xaverian alumni and friends. When we do this, we do not share or BCC to anyone else.

All the vendors that sell via Schoolpop.com protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We suggest that you check the individual policies of the companies with which we have affiliated for further information.

Although we do not gather or store any personal information that is provided via the vendors' portals, we do receive information concerning the amount of your purchases and how you were able to assist us in our fund raising efforts.

For more information please contact John L. BianRosa, our Technology Director, 718-836-7100 ext. 189.
