  • How do I get Prom Photos taken?

    Ron Jordan Natoli takes photos at the prom. A handout was given at the Senior Parent Meeting on pricing.

    The package is $40.00.

    To make payment:
    • Return payment envelope to Mr. Penta by 5/17
    • Mail payment to Ron Jordan Natoli by 5/17
    • Call studio 718-797-1913 by 5/20 and make a payment with a credit card. 
    • Pay cash or check at the prom.

  • Is there a prom video?

    The prom video will be given to all students that attend. 
  • When is the Senior Prom?

    The Senior Prom is on May 23rd at Russo's on the Bay at 7PM. If you have any questions, please call Mr. Penta at ext. 164.
  • Where can I find the Senior Prom Student Contract?

    The student contract must be handed in to Mr. Penta. There are no exceptions to this. Students will not be permitted to enter the prom without submitting a contract!

  • When and where is the Baccalaureate Mass?

    The Baccalaureate Mass will be on Friday, May 31st at 7PM at OLPH Basilica.

    Angle parking will be available on 59th street.
  • Who do I sit with at the Baccalaureate Mass?

    Students and their families sit together at the Mass. There are no tickets required for the mass; all family members are welcome. 

    The mass is mandatory for all students. 
  • When will we receive graduation tickets?

    Tickets will be distributed to the families in Notre Dame Hall after the Baccalaureate Mass.
  • When and where is graduation?

    The 59th Commencement Exercises of Xaverian will be on Saturday, June 1st at 10AM sharp.

    Take the Belt Pkwy to Exit 14 (Pennsylvania Ave)
    Make a left onto Seaview Avenue
    Right onto Louisiana Avenue 
    Continue down Louisiana Ave. until you arrive at the parking lot on your right

  • What entrance should I use once I arrive at the Christian Cultural Center?

    Graduates should enter using the South Stage Entrance. 

    Parents, Families, and Friends of Graduates should enter using the Main Entrance. 

    Graduates should arrive no later than 9AM.

    Doors will open for Parents at 9:30PM.
  • What time should I get to graduation?

    Graduates should arrive no later than 9AM.

    Doors will open for Parents at 9:30PM.

  • When is graduation practice?

    There are three days of mandatory graduation practice for the Class of 2019:

    • May 20th - Xaverian 1PM SHARP
    • May 21st - Xaverian 1PM SHARP
    • May 22nd - Christian Cultural Center 10AM SHARP
  • How do I receive my tuxedo?

    ALL tuxedos will be picked up at the store,  "Dante Zeller Tuxedo By Sarno", located at 8201 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (718) 238-7628.

    You will receive an email, text and phone call from the store directly. They should be ready for pick up on May 30th. It is possible that they may call earlier.

    Please remember to try on the tux, so if there are any alterations to be made, they can do it at the store while you are there for pickup.

  • What should I wear to graduation?

    All graduates should wear their tuxedo they received from Dante / Zeller Tuxedos. 

     The following are not permitted:
    - Flowers
    - Sunglasses
    - Earrings
  • What do I do with the tuxedo after graduation?

    Tuxedos should be returned to Dante Tuxedo on 8201 5th Avenue (718-238-7628)
  • When will I receive my diploma?

    Immediately following graduation, graduates will receive their physical diplomas and tassels. 

    Please note that Ryken students will not receive their diplomas until their ceremony later in the month. 

    Any student that owes tuition or has not returned their iPad will also not be given a diploma until remittance has been made.
  • How do I return my iPad?

    Please note the information for returning your iPadIt is a graduation requirement that iPads and chargers be returned or purchased by Friday, May 17th.
    Senior iPad Returns 2019
    iPad Return/Purchase dates: May 13th - May 17th
    iPad Purchase: iPad buyout price is $100. 
    iPad Return: iPads will be returned to the Technology Office. 
    • iPads must be returned in working order, no broken iPads will be accepted. This includes cracked screens. If the screen is cracked, you can take it to Apple before the return date, as the iPad is still covered by AppleCare+.
    • iPad chargers must also be returned. It must be the large iPad charger, not the smaller iPhone charger. Fee for lost or incorrect chargers is $20.
    • iCloud and all passcodes must be removed from the iPad. Do not reset the iPad

Congratulations, Clippers!

You are invited to celebrate your class with a Senior BBQ immediately following graduation practice on May 22nd. Graduation practice that day will be held at the Christian Cultural Center. There will be bus service available for those students that need a ride to the Christian Cultural Center and Aviator. Please sign up for bus service in the Main Office no later than May 15th. 

The Senior BBQ will be held at the offical Home Of the Clippers, Aviator Sports Complex. Festivities start at 12:30PM!
