Genesis Cross Country is a club team that provides Genesis students with the chance to test their strength and endurance. We meet twice a week after school from September to November and run together to either Owl's Head Park or the 69th Street Pier. During practice, students learn how to properly stretch and build up their endurance. A few Saturdays during the season, students go to Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx to race against other middle school runners, in a 1-1.25 mile course!
