    Orientations Begin

    Our Freshman, 6th Grade, and Transfer student orientation on September 10th will be as follows:

    Time: 8:45-11AM
    Students may arrive no earlier than 8:15AM. Dismissal will begin at 11AM. All students will be granted clearance to enter the building by using the MyMedBot App. Students must wear their full Fall uniform and a mask. 
    • Students will arrive and be directed to their designated room. All students should bring a pen. Please note that they will be receiving their iPads.
    • Academy, Honors & Transfers will enter through the front doors on Shore Road.
    • Students in the Ryken Program will enter on McKay Place.
    • Genesis will enter through the Genesis entrance in the parking lot.
    Genesis students will report to the Genesis Commons to receive their Room Assignments. High School Room Assignments can be found on www.xaverian.org/backtoschool.

    SILVER COHORT ONLY
    (All students in the Ryken Program will attend as well)

    8:45-10:45 AM: Freshmen & Seniors & 6th graders 
    Students in the morning session may arrive no earlier than 8:15AM

    12:15-2:15 PM: Sophomores & Juniors & 7th & 8th 
    Students in the afternoon session may arrive no earlier than 11:45 AM

    All students will be granted clearance to enter the building by using the MyMedBot App. Students must wear their full Fall Uniform and a mask. 

    • Students will arrive and be directed to their homerooms.
    • Academy and Honors students will enter through the front doors on Shore Road.
    • Students in the Ryken Program will enter on McKay Place.
    • Genesis will enter through the Genesis entrance in the parking lot.

    (Students in The Ryken Educational Program will begin classes)

    Xaverian Golf Classic

    Async - Faculty PD

    Asynchronous Days 
    September 21 is designated as an "asynchronous day" on our school calendar. There are no physical or virtual classes on this day. However, it remains a Day 4 of the schedule rotation, which means that all students will work from home to complete assigned work in only the classes that meet on a Day 4. Students are expected to complete the assigned work for the class accordingly.

    ALL REMOTE

    All students, grades 6-12 will be learning remotely (off-campus) on Monday, September 28. For more information, please refer to this notice. 

    Please note:
    • Students and faculty will be participating in live instruction throughout the day; logging in for homeroom and all subsequent classes is expected as normal (as if your cohort is home for the day.)
