The Ryken Specialized Education Program

The Ryken Specialized Studies Program is a 12:1:1 small class environment with intensive remediation and intervention while covering the NYS Regents Curriculum in a challenging and supportive environment.
Please complete the following steps to be considered for admissions into the Ryken Program.
  1. Create an account using the instructions listed on the Apply Now page for new and current families.
  2. Fill out and submit the High School Ryken Application.
  3. Within 72 hours, your application will be processed and you will be assigned an admissions checklist to your account. You will be required to submit the following documentation:
    • Most recent IEP or IESP
    • Most recent full scale Psychoeducational/Neuropsych Testing (New testing is required if older than 3 years)
    • 6th and 7th Grade Final Report Cards
    • 6th and 7th Grade Statewide Testing Scores (i.e. Terranova)
    • Current Photo of Student
