Varsity Girls Tennis -- October 17th
Xaverian’s Girls Varsity Tennis Team won against St. Joseph by the Sea while celebrating their seniors on Monday night.
Junior Stefania Arida snatched the first match win with a score of 8-6 in first singles. Freshmen Sofia Biagini secured a win in third singles with a score of 8-2. Seniors Devin Parchment and Becky Flanagan also won 8-2 in their first doubles match.
The team now has a 9-1 league record and will compete against Archbishop Molloy at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Tuesday.
