JV Football -- October 29th
On Saturday, Xaverian JV Football defeated Mount St. Michael 27-0.
With Jude Van Oyen, the starting QB out for the rest of the season, Xaverian needed players to step up and they did just that. Giacomo Tarasco threw for 2 touchdowns -- with Conor Molen having one and Tommy Martin having one receiving touchdown and one rushing touchdown. Finbar McGuiness had his 2nd pic 6 of the season, securing the win. But it was Matt McDonnell who led the defense having over 10 tackles and 4 sacks.
Xaverian starts their playoff run this coming Saturday vs St. John the Baptist at Aviator.
