JV Girls Basketball - January 16th

Joya Moussalem
The JV Girls' Basketball Team versed Albertus Magnus in such a close and challenging game!

The Clippers started off strong by scoring one basket after another, with serval threes by Freshman Jasmine Salcedo. The Clippers were up by 5 at the end of the first half and started the third quarter strong with intense pressure on the ball and overwhelming defense. The girls worked together to make sure the opposing team couldn’t drive into the basket, and it worked!

Although the Clippers were in the lead, they got into foul trouble, which caused Albertus Magnus to come back and eventually win the game, with the final score being 48-43.

The Clippers played hard, but their lack of communication led to their loss. They will fix their mistakes and come back better!
