Also traveling across the pond is Dillon Burns ’12, who is now both pursuing a masters degree in Marketing and playing Basketball in Limerick, Ireland at the Limerick Institute of Technology. Dillon has been accepted to the highly exclusive Victory Scholars Program through the Sport Changes Life Foundation. The Victory Scholar Program provides student athletes a chance to extend their education to post-graduate level, continue to play the sport they love and allows them to give back to the local community. Their aim is to help young people who are disadvantaged and at risk throughout Ireland by encouraging and inspiring them through the medium of Sport.
