Welcome to Xaverian, Class of 2024!

We are so excited to have you be a part of our Xaverian family! This page, www.xaverian.org/2024, will be your central hub for a lot of the information that you will need in the coming months to get ready for your Freshman year! We will be updating the page throughout the course of the summer, and will be emailing you when we share new things here. As always, if you have any questions at all, you are welcome to contact the Admissions office at 718-836-7100 x117 or at admissions@xaverian.org.

Welcome home, Clippers!
  • Medical Form
Please note that medical forms can be scanned and emailed to Nurse Amy Waters at awaters@xaverian.org. Immunization records, if possible, should be scanned and sent to Nurse Waters as soon as possible, with medical forms to follow before school begins. Of course, if NY State Department of Health requirements should change, we will notify you of the necessary steps.

Class of 2024 Zoom Information Sessions

The transition from middle school to high school is often intimidating and full of anxiety for many of our young ones. During these current times, we understand that these sentiments may be amplified even more for our parents and newest members of the Class of 2024. We wanted to thank you for your patience and understanding while we all navigate these unchartered waters together.

As promised, we have created a schedule of Zoom meetings to address any questions or concerns that you may have for the upcoming school year and to welcome the newest Clippers into our community.

We are happy to officially invite you and your child to attend one or more of our Virtual Information Sessions. These meetings will be running from May 26th through June 3rd in the evenings. Please see the schedule below so that you can begin registering for your desired sessions. The link to register appears below as well.

When you are registering for your desired Zoom sessions, please keep in mind that there is limited seating so that all attendees can ask questions. Nonetheless, we want as many participants to attend if they wish. If registrations for a particular topic fill up and you would still like to attend a session, please email us at admissions@xaverian.org. We will open up additional meetings as needed.
