The Xaverian XHALE Club aims to help students discover healthy and sustainable ways to reduce stress and anxiety. The group finds techniques and strategies to improve coping skills, become more aware of the present moment, and practice mindfulness. The group also practices meditation, crafting origami, mindfulness games, breathing exercises, cooking, and learns the benefits of aromatherapy.
