XCEL Application Process
All applications are due by April 12, 2022. (Applications are open until April 12, 2022; the form will not close until then.)
Once you have started an application, please allow a day or two for the Admissions Office to process it. Once processed, you will be assigned a checklist that will allow you to upload the following required materials:
Letter of Recommendation (1)
Upload an online version or a scanned image of the applicant's most recent 7th grade report card, which must include at least two quarters of grades. (in pdf format)
You will be asked to provide an email address for one teacher or principal so that Xaverian can send the link to the online recommendation form.
Please see the instructions below for creating an account or using your existing account. There are two different sets of instructions:
One for new families to Xaverian;
One for current Xaverian families that have Harbor accounts.
Select the blue Create Account link to create a Xaverian Harbor username and password.
After entering your basic information, select the Create Account button.
Our system may recognize you by your email address. If it does, your email address will be highlighted in red after you press Submit.
If this happens, select the Forgot Login? button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive an automatic reply containing your Xaverian Harbor username and password.
Once you receive a Harbor username and password, you will have access to complete the online application, monitor your candidate's progress through the admissions process, and learn more about Xaverian.
