On Sunday, September 20, Xaverian celebrated the 38th Annual Police Officer Christopher Hoban Memorial Run, honoring Christopher Hoban ’80, who was tragically killed in the line of duty in 1988. For 38 years, the Xaverian community has come together for this beloved Bay Ridge tradition, raising funds for a scholarship awarded annually to a police officer’s son or daughter attending Xaverian. The day brought together students, families, alumni, and friends for a 5K, walk, and kiddie run, followed by food, music, prizes, and community celebration.
