2023 Season Outlook
The Varsity Boys Lacrosse program is looking forward to the 2023 season, led by a senior-loaded roster that will be steering the Clipper ship on the offensive and defensive sides of the field.
The offensive corps returns for another installment, led by senior attackman Danny McMahon, who boasts a rocket of a shot. McMahon is joined on attack by fellow seniors Nico Manegatos and Dylan Grosseto, both of whom can let it fly from anywhere inside the box as well.
Joining the offense from midfield will be returning seniors Andrew Vaccaro and Nick Milone, along with help from the rising juniors Reed Clark, Tyler Selwood, Joe Agostino, and John Imbriale – who hope to generate some offense for the Clippers with their speed and dodging ability in transition.
The Clipper long-poles are led by senior defenseman and LSM CJ Manzola, who will be at the point of the defense, joined by a revolving door of defensemen featuring seniors Harrisen Hughes, Jaden Santo, Jack Conrath, and Gianluca Tornetti, and help from juniors Matthew Ferris, Chris Deboer, Dino Tommasetti and Jack Barnett.
Anchoring the Clipper defense in the crease is junior goaltender Sebastian “Seabass” Manfredonia, ready to make his varsity debut.
