    Opening Week

    Wednesday, September 3
    Please read opening week information carefully as each grade will report to campus at different times

    8:30 - 10:30 Senior Orientation; report to homeroom
    9:30 - 11:30 Junior Orientation; report to homeroom
    10:30 - 12:30 Sophomore Orientation; report to homeroom
    (Freshmen do not report to campus on 9/3)

    8:15 - 9:45 7th and 8th grade Orientation; report to Genesis Commons

    10:15 - 12:15 6th Grade Orientation; report to Genesis Commons

    * Cafeteria will NOT be open to purchase food
    * No Private Bus Service
    * All students must be in full uniform. If your uniform is backordered or has not arrived yet, please wear a white polo shirt and khakis. 

    Thursday, September 4
    Please read carefully as different grade levels report to campus at different times. 

    Freshmen: Report to campus at 8:30, report to homeroom. Dismissal will be at 2:30PM. Lunch will be provided. 

    Genesis (all grades): Report to campus at 8:20, report to Genesis Commons. Dismissal at 12PM.

    All other grade levels are not required to be in attendance, except for those that have signed up to help with Big X, Little x. To sign up, or for more information, please contact Mr. Dormer at jdormer@xaverian.org.

    Friday, September 5
    Please read carefully as not all grade levels are required to be in attendance each day, and times vary across grades. 

    Freshmen report to campus at 8:20. Please report to homeroom. Dismissal is at 12:15PM.

    Genesis - no school

    All other grade levels are not required to be on campus, except for those students who have signed up to participate in the Big X, Little x program. For information or to sign up, please contact Mr. John Dormer at jdormer@xaverian.org.
