Sprints and Core
SPRINTS!

10 minute warmup jog

- complete 10x100yd sprints with full recovery (remember that 100yds is roughly the length of a football field)
- between each sprint, you have FULL RECOVERY!  You can walk back or jog back to the start.  When you feel recovered and ready to go, do the next one

10 minute cool down jog

STRENGTH
 
Today's strength work wil be a 300 repition core workout.  THIS IS WHERE I NEED YOU TO BE CREATIVE!

Complete 300 reps of different core exercises.  Follow the link below to do some research (this is important!  I will be asking you what you did on Saturay!)
