2022 Season Recap

Junior Varsity Bowling had a very strong and surprising season. The team was made up of 6 first-time bowlers. Each came out to try and change the direction of the team.

Led by seniors Leo Stathopoulos and Kosta Amaxas the team surged through all competition. The joy and excitement by the entire team was palpable. Then they almost did the impossible. They faced 3-time defending champs Cathedral Prep in the first round of the playoffs and beat them in two of the three games. Cathedral had not lost a game all season.  Unfortunately, we lost the match by 6 pins.  Even though it ended in defeat, the team came together and really exceeded all expectations.  The remaining members cannot wait to come back and compete next season.
