Coach Thatcher began her coaching career in the 2022–2023 season as an assistant coach for the Varsity girls’ basketball team. Over two seasons, she played a key role in player development, game preparation, and building a competitive and team-first culture. In the 2024–2025 season, Coach Thatcher stepped into the role of Head Coach for the Junior Varsity team. In her very first year at the helm, she led the team to an impressive season, culminating in a City Championship title. Her strong leadership, commitment to fundamentals, and focus on teamwork were instrumental in the team’s success. She is dedicated to helping her players grow both on and off the court, preparing them for success at the high school level and beyond.
