The Speech and Debate Team competed yesterday at the Grand National Qualifying Tournament. Congratulations to the following students who have qualified for Nationals in Chicago: Sophia Bislig, Paula Spolar, Kate Dean, Francesca Robertson, Cheyenne Melin, Alex Salvato, Casey Schriver, Trinity Rodriguez, Isabella Trewhella, Renae Visico, Rachel Ruggeri, Luca Marianova, and Luke Tan. Special shoutouts to Sophia Bislig and Rachel Ruggeri for winning their respective categories. Xaverian also won Congress at yesterday’s tournament and won the Brooklyn Queens Catholic Forensics League Congressional category for the year. We are so proud of you! Go, Clippers!!
