First-Ever City Title for Girls Varsity Lacrosse!

Giana Romano had three goals and two assists, Jenna Teterycz tallied two goals and two assists, Bella Ferraro assisted on another goal while Olivia Serrano recorded 12 saves as Xaverian knocked off previously unbeaten Cardinal Spellman, 9-8 to win the CHSAA A Championship and take home the first Varsity Girls city title in school history.
The Clippers capped off an 8-4 regular season by winning their last five games before storming through the playoffs.
"This was the first field we ever played on and we lost, 7-2," said Xaverian Head Coach Erin Kennedy, who also led Xaverian's JV Soccer team to a City Title last October. "This is a wonderful statement about hard work and dedication.  That these Freshman girls improved so much in a short period of time is amazing.  We came full circle today."

Congratulations, Clippers!
Established in 1957, Xaverian is one of thirteen schools nationwide sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers.
