The JV Boys Basketball Team won 57-34 against St. Peter’s on Friday.

The game remained relatively close in the first half, but the JV Clippers were able to break off a lead early in the 3rd quarter by consistently getting defensive stops and forcing turnovers that led to baskets. This lead only grew in the 4th quarter with several 3-point shots, and Xaverian was able to win comfortably. Peter Glynn led the team in scoring with 11 points, while Matthew O’Sullivan and Danny Diamantakos both recorded 9. Jaiden Cadotte and Glynn split the team lead in rebounds with 7 each.

The JV team plays next in a home matchup against Stepinac on Sunday.
