The Clippers opened up scoring in the second inning when Vincent Oliviero singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run. Joseph Jenkusky led things off on the pitcher's mound for Xaverian. The right-hander lasted four innings, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out five.
Xaverian socked one home run on the day. Dominick Balsamo went for the long ball in the first inning. The team saw the ball well today, racking up eight hits in the game.
