The Clippers faced off against St. Francis Prep Monday afternoon taking home an 8 to 3 win.

The girls went against some talented athletes which made for a back-and-forth game before taking the lead. Sophomore Sia Vouvoudakis led the game in ground balls on both the attacking and defensive sides of the field. Senior Aryanna Agron led the scoreboard with two goals, while Kassidy Baez, Darrien Pennachio, Ella Kushnick, Jolie Avignone, Marin Crowley, and Ryan Schaffer each followed with one. The Clippers defeated St. Francis’ violent defensive line while Senior Val Fontana had more than 12 saves in goal.
